We’re after a creative, friendly hands-on landscaper who’s just as comfortable building luxurious cabins, saunas, outdoor kitchens, and bespoke garden structures as they are crafting stonework features, dry-stone walls, water features in classical, traditional styles as well as contemprary. We work on exciting, high-end projects with impressive designers and architects across Oxfordshire and the neighbouring counties, creating unique spaces for high-end clients.GEOS Ltd is young but experienced company of craftspeople and collaborators which is forging it's own path in conscientious and ecologically aware garden design, material selection and methodology. We cover a lot of bases and believe it is the Landscaper's role to be as interested in plants and wlidlife as they are in making things and bringing design visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Build bespoke carpentry projects—cabins, saunas, luxury outdoor kitchens, and other garden structures
Create stonework (patios, walls) and beautiful water features with precision
Operate excavators and other site machinery confidently to support the project
Deliver each project with care, collaborating with clients and our friendly team
Self-employed role operating under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). Applicants must be registered (or willing to register) for CIS

Preferred Skills
Experience in carpentry, stonework, and landscaping—bonus if you’ve worked on high-end projectsSkilled with excavators and other site machinery
A creative, adaptable mindset with a passion for unique outdoor spaces
Friendly demeanor and strong communication
Full UK driving licence
