We work on beautiful country estates, maintaining and developing gardens to a high standard — and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
The Role
This is a self-employed Gardener position working across a range of sites in Oxfordshire.
No two days are the same, but you’ll typically be involved in:
Maintaining beds and borders
Looking after fruit trees
Training climbers
Topiary work
Helping keep gardens looking their absolute best

You might be just starting out, or you might already have some experience — either way, what’s important is that you:
Have a real interest in gardening
Take pride in your work
Are reliable and willing to get stuck in
Want to learn and build a future in this industry
